Refund/Cancellation Policy
Kristopher Renee requires payment in full for all gift purchases prior to fulfilling an order. Kristopher Renee holds a non-refundable policy which is applied to requests for refunds and cancellations. In the event, a refund is deemed appropriate by the owner, a partial refund covering the gift purchase excluding all non-perishable unopened items, all customized/personalized items. In the event, personal shopping was provided, shopping fees are non-refundable. We strive to provide quality high-end and valuable products and will do whatever we can, within reason, to ensure satisfaction.
All requests for cancellation will be subject to a 50% restock and service fee if the order has been processed by the Design Team. Requests for cancellation received prior to the design process begins, may be subject up to a 20% service fee depending on the level of service provided (i.e. gift consultation, design mock-up, etc.)
Shipping / Delivery Policy
Upon shipment, client will receive the corresponding tracker number. Due to COVID and the current climate, shipment delays may occur and are out of the control of Kristopher Renee. However, a Kristopher Renee representative will notify the client of any known delays upon notification. Unfortunately, in this current climate, shipping delays tend to be common.
Normal shipping occurs within 5 business days from the date the order was received.
Large orders can take 7 to 10 business days to ship. In the event the additional time is necessary, a Kristopher Renee representative will notify the client when the order is received.
Rush orders are considered as any order requested for delivery within 1-3 business days of the date the order was received. Local rush orders are subject to $10 rush fee and rush orders that need to be shipped will be subject to state shipping rush costs.
Return Policy
Kristopher Renee has a non-refundable policy with the occasional exception that a gift is damaged. In the event of a damaged gift, a Kristopher Renee representative should be contacted immediately and the appropriate arrangements will be made at that time.
